These terms cover use of the apps and tools provided by Nagrik Apps ("we"), a sole proprietorship.
Service. We provide a WhatsApp inbox and related messaging tools for Wix sites. We may change or discontinue features.
Your account. You need a Wix site and your own WhatsApp Business account. You are responsible for activity on them.
Acceptable use. Follow the WhatsApp Business Policy and applicable law. No spam, unlawful content, or messaging people who have not agreed to hear from you.
Your data. You remain responsible for the personal data of your customers and for having a lawful basis to message them. This includes compliance with the data-protection laws that apply to you and your customers (for example GDPR or India's DPDP Act), and you alone are responsible for how you use the service. See the Privacy Policy.
Availability. The service depends on Meta and Wix. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and the service is provided "as is".
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Termination. You may stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law. The laws of India apply, and the courts of Ahmedabad have exclusive jurisdiction.
