Nagrik Apps ("we") provides a WhatsApp inbox app for Wix sites. This page explains what data the app handles. Our customers are the businesses that install the app; their own customers are the people who message them on WhatsApp.
We process this data on behalf of the business customer, who decides why it is collected. Conversation data is stored in the customer's own Wix site (Wix is our data store). We do not keep a separate copy of message content in our own databases; our servers only relay messages and hold the access tokens needed to do so.
Messages travel through Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform), which acts as a processor under Meta's own terms and privacy policy, and through Wix, where the site is hosted. We do not sell data, show ads, or use message content for anything other than delivering the service.
Data stays in the customer's Wix site until the customer deletes it or uninstalls the app. When a customer uninstalls, we delete the access tokens we hold for that site.
You can ask to see or delete your data. Because the business is the controller of its conversations, we may refer you to it, but we will help directly if you write to us. See Data Deletion.
