Data Deletion Instructions

To ask us to delete data related to you:

1. Email support@wesolvelife.org with the subject "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number you used on WhatsApp and, if you know it, the name of the business you messaged.
3. We will confirm your identity by replying to you, then delete the data we hold and ask the relevant business to delete its copy in its Wix site. We aim to finish within 30 days and will email you when done.

Businesses that installed the app can delete all their data by uninstalling it and emailing us to remove stored tokens.
